Can't log in - Entitlement Error

I've never tried this before. But in my account under Products and Services, this Character Generator is available.

I click on it, sign in and...

I have 3 licenses of Maya on this account. I have tried multiple web browsers, refreshed page, etc.

Any thoughts?
