Animation/ Constrains nuked out from Alias 2024

That was a beautiful touch to add the "animation editor", but toolsets like "constraints" are essential animation tools.

I never used IK tools inside Alias, and perhaps it is wise to be removed. But I believe not for "constraints".

Please get back "constraints" in the next Alias editions.
